Launching a nut range under your own label should not mean coordinating a grower, a roaster, a co-packer and a freight forwarder separately. HHY GROUP has been a vertically integrated food manufacturer since 1998, and our private label nuts service is built around one accountable partner from raw kernel to palletised export order. The journey starts with a brief and an NDA, moves into recipe development with our product technologists, and is proven through a pilot production run before we commit your programme to full industrial lines.

Our product formats cover the categories retailers and distributors actually merchandise: roasted nuts in classic and light-roast profiles, seasoned blends built around your target market's flavour preferences, coated snacks with crunchy or savoury shells, and mixed formulations that combine kernels, seeds and dried fruit into a signature house mix. Recipes are developed to your specification rather than picked from a fixed catalogue, so your product is genuinely yours.

Branding support runs in parallel with production. Our team works with your packaging and artwork requirements, advises on format and shelf-life considerations, and prepares production-ready files for print so that the pack you approve at pilot stage is the pack that leaves the line. Once the programme is running, repeat orders follow a documented specification and the same tested recipe every time.

Raw Material Control From Our Own Farmland

What separates our private label programmes from a pure co-packing arrangement is where the raw material comes from. Through HHY Agro we farm more than 10,000,000 m² of land — walnuts, almonds, olives and seedless grapes — which means a significant part of the input side of your product is under our own agronomic and quality control rather than bought blind on the spot market. That gives your brand a traceability story you can defend to a retail buyer.

Production runs across three facilities with a combined capacity of over 100,000 tons per year, operating to BRCGS, ISO 22000 and Halal standards, and we ship to more than 50 countries. Export documentation, labelling requirements and destination-market compliance are handled as part of the project, not as an afterthought.
